“My stay hasn't been pleasant at all. My mom and I booked a five day stay and we are only staying one night. When my mom and I checked into our room, I sprayed everything down to sanitize the room. When I went to sanitize the bed I noticed that there was a bug in the bed. Thankfully my mother told me to take a picture. When I spoke to the manager he was very dismissive which is poor customer service. They changed our room but the housekeeper did a rush job. It wasn't her fault, she was technically off. The second room had hair on the toilet lid and when we opened the toilet there was more hair. I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. The staff needs a refresher training on customer service. This is a trying time for everyone and a hotel should be an enjoyable experience.”

“When arriving for check in it was an extremely long wait. Waited about 40 minutes total for the 2 families in front of us to check in before we were able to approach the desk. The front desk staff were not very inviting or pleasant. We were told our room was not ready and had to return in 45 minutes which was 430pm. We returned at 430 pm and was told again that our room was not clean yet. We sat in the lobby for another 20 minutes before our room was finally ready for us to check in. The room itself was quite nice. The bed was comfortablethe balcony was cute and the bathroom was clean. But for the money paid we should have been able to check in on time and the staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming.”
