“My fiancé and I booked a 5 night stay at the hotel and not once did we get our room cleaned, fresh towels, or washcloths. We asked the staff on multiple occasions if we could get new towels sent up to our room, and each staff member assured us that someone was going to come and drop them off, but no one ever did. The frustrating part is that we were told, upon check-in, that due to COVID we needed to talk to someone at the front desk to have the request arranged... which we did, and it was never done. Another issue was the trash. We were on the 30th floor and the trash by the elevator was over flowing, leading to trash accumulating around the bin. This was a very disappointing experience and overpriced with all things considered.”
