“Employees are friendly and willingness to help. I Hidden fees (i.e. Hotel fee PLUS a resort fee, so there really isn't anything complimentary). Cleaning service was slow, not cleaned til late in afternoon , had to ask for towels and washcloths, sheets on bed weren't changed during entire week long stay.”

“We experienced the best customer service that we have received since the beginning of and during the pandemic! Everyone at the Marriott was extremely professional and very helpful, and always had a smile on their face! Our reservation specialist, Tansy and our front desk, helper, Stephanie were wonderful whenever we had any questions or needed extra help! Jerome at the pool is always cheerful and helpful and Justin at the veranda, an amazing restaurant was also great! The food in all the restaurants was always hot and fresh! Just delicious! We are sad to leave and will be very excited to return!”
