“The night staff was really nice. The breakfast was decent. The room we had smelled like must and cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room. Parking was horrible at night. But the front desk gentleman was kind enough to move his car so my mom could park. The only pro about this hotel is that it is very close to Disneyland. The GM of this hotel Is extremely rude and i would Find some where else to stay. I showed the staff the bug i found in the bed & no actions were taken. The day before check out they charged me again although i had Already paid. Upon returning home my one year old had lice, realizing what the bug was that we found in the hotel.My whole family received lice and instead of offering customer service the GM Mukesh was rude, insensitive, & went on to call me a liar. Please save your money & time and stay anywhere else.”
