This IS NOT a 3 star hotel as advertised. It's barely a 1 star. The check in was difficult, the front desk ppl were not super great and the room was shady at best. They have me a keycard that didn't even work and I had to go back and get it reprogrammed. It was all run down pretty dirty events the point that I didn't shower there nor take off my clothes. Thankfully the bed and sheets seemed to be clean and neat enough to sleep in, plus, it's close to most everything. I would not recommend anyone to stay here, especially after the misleading information and advertising.

Este lugar é muito insuficiente. Está em construção e precisa de algum TLC. Ele tem potencial se eles conseguirem a ajuda de que precisam. O café da manhã não era ruim e a equipe fez o melhor. Não espere ser verificado no horário normal das 15h.

Este lugar tiene muy poco personal. Está en construcción y necesita algunos cuidados. Tiene potencial si obtienen la ayuda que necesitan. El desayuno no estaba nada mal y el personal hizo lo mejor. No espere registrarse a la hora normal de las 3:00 p. M.

This place is very understaffed. It's under construction and in need of some TLC. It's got potential if they get the help they need. Breakfast wasn't bad at all and the staff did there best. Don't expect to be checked in at normal 3pm time.

Em primeiro lugar, meu quarto que reservei online foi doado. Portanto, em vez de uma cama king-size, tenho duas rainhas. Os quartos são imundos! Poeira por toda parte, teias de aranha no ar-condicionado, espelho quebrado, lixo atrás da cama e embaixo do colchão. A tampa da tábua de passar está coberta de manchas. O chão é nojento. Festus é onde nós deixamos e pegamos meus enteados. Nós NUNCA iremos fazê-lo neste hotel novamente.

Eu não fiquei uma vez que eu fui para o quarto toda a instalação estava imunda! Matthew na mesa era adorável. Eu não poderia ter sido tratado de maneira mais gentil. Ele não é proprietário. Ele foi muito gentil e devolveu o preço total do meu quarto.

En primer lugar, regalaron mi habitación que reservé en línea. Entonces, en lugar de una cama king, tengo dos reinas. ¡Las habitaciones están sucias! Polvo por todas partes, telarañas en el aire acondicionado, espejo roto, basura detrás de la cama y debajo del colchón. La funda de la tabla de planchar está cubierta de manchas. El piso es asqueroso. Festus es donde dejamos y recogemos a mis hijastros. NUNCA volveremos a hacerlo en este hotel.

No me quedé una vez que fui a la habitación, ¡toda la instalación estaba sucia! Matthew en el escritorio era encantador. No podría haber sido tratado con más amabilidad. No es propietario. Fue muy amable y me devolvió el precio completo de la habitación.

First of all, my room that I booked online was given away. So, instead of a king bed, I have two queens. Rooms are filthy! Dust everywhere, cobwebs on air conditioner, broken mirror, trash behind bed and under mattress. Ironing board cover is covered in stains. Floor is disgusting. Festus is where we do drop off and pick ups for my stepkids. We will NEVER do it at this hotel again.

I did not stay once I went to the room the entire facility was filthy! Matthew at the desk was lovely. I could not have been treated any kinder. He is not proprietor. He was very gracious and returned my full room price.
