Dou quatro estrelas porque a qualidade da manutenção caiu um pouco, mas ainda é o meu lugar preferido porque o atendimento e atendimento é muito bom e o preço é bom, inclui café da manhã que é muito rico e se você for membro pode verifique até 3 se não estiver 100% cheio

Le doy cuatro estrellas porque a bajado un poco la calidad en mantenimiento pero sigue siendo mi lugar favorito porque el servicio al cliente y la atención es muy buena y el precio es bueno incluye desayuno que es muy rico y si eres socio puedes checar salida hasta las 3 si no está al 100% lleno

Este hotel esta muy actualizado en tecnología.Me encanto el servicio en general de todos los empleados inclullendo las recamareras y el systema de maxima segurida. Para no permitir estranos entren a las avitacuones.

Eles oferecem café da manhã, mas dificilmente se eles querem servi-lo, dão-lhe um prato de bolo. O menu é sempre o mesmo. Feijão de ovo e "chilaquiles" E os chilaquiles raramente colocam queijo e natas porque nunca colocaram. Café da manhã sujo que ninguém limpa. Serviço ruim, atitude ruim.

Serviço terrível! Agora estou ficando. Enquanto descansava no meu quarto, fui acordado por um barulho alto de construção acima do meu quarto, depois que eu saí do banho e como uma toalha, alguém da equipe está limpando a janela do quarto por fora !!! Que falta de respeito pela privacidade !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Tudo correu bem até o check out. Nós já tínhamos saído do quarto e já tínhamos feito o check-out. Literalmente saindo quando um dos caras da limpeza grita com meu marido para voltar a subir. Achamos que ele seria legal e nos avisar que esquecemos algo. Ele reclamou porque havia uma toalha no chão com uma mancha “preta”. Suas palavras foram “você limpou os sapatos com a toalha ou algo assim? Você não faz isso. Isso não está bem ”. (O que ele não fez) meu marido cortou o cabelo antes de ir para Mexicali, então ele lavou no hotel e limpou o que restou com a toalha. Mesmo se tivesse, é seu trabalho limpar e lavar as coisas do hotel.

Pésimo servicio! Justo en este momento estoy hospedada. Estando en mi cuarto descansando me despertó un fuerte ruido de construcción arriba de mi habitación, después me salgo de bañar y estando toalla, alguien del personal está limpiando la ventana de la habitación por fuera!!! Que falta de respeto a la privacidad!!!🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Te ofrecen desayuno pero apenas si te quieren servir te dan un platito de pastel. El menú siempre es el mismo. Huevo frijoles y "chilaquiles"Y loschilaquiles pocas veces le ponen queso y crema porque nunca tienen.Eldesayunador sucio nadie limpia. Mal servicio, mala actitud.

Everything went good until check out. We were out of the room already and had already checked out. Literally walking out when one of the housekeeping guys shouts at my husband to walk back up. We thought he was gonna be nice and let us know we forgot something. He complained because there was a towel on the floor with a smudge of “black”. His words were “did you clean your shoes with the towel or something? You don’t do that. That’s not ok”. (Which he didn’t) my husband had gotten a hair cut prior to going to Mexicali so he rinsed at the hotel and cleaned whatever was left with the towel. Even if he had , it’s his job to clean and wash things of the hotel.

The customer service was HORRIBLE!!! when reserving I ask for a connecting room they said yes have then. Then I called in the evening to made sure we had a connecting room the hotel again said yes we had it reserved! When we got here and asked again about the connecting room the guy said yes you have one for you. After checking in from a 4 hour drive we come in our room and it's NOT a connecting rm.my husband goes down stairs ask about and the response was" I can't do anything about it you sign the contract. "

As camas são desconfortáveis, 2 travesseiros ruins e nenhum armário ou gavetas. Você deve pendurar suas roupas ao lado da TV 📺. Meu marido e eu fizemos a reserva de 2 noites e 3 dias na Expedia. Quando chegamos, a recepcionista não tinha nossa reserva. Então, ela nos mandou para uma sala com o quarto mais desconfortável. Nós reclamamos e ela nos mandou para um quarto de 2 quartos com quartos horríveis e desconfortáveis. Costumávamos ficar neste hotel durante 2015 e 2018 e eles tinham mais travesseiros e camas confortáveis, mas não mais. O café da manhã estava delicioso, mesmo quando é a mesma comida eles trocam de cozinheiros e agora é nojento. Não vamos voltar para City Express Mexicali.

The beds are uncomfortable, 2 bad pillows and no closet or drawers. You should hang your clothes next to the 📺 TV. My husband and me made the reservation for 2 nights and 3 days on Expedia. When we arrived the receptionist didn't have our reservation. Then, she sent us to a room with the most uncomfortable bedroom. We complained and she sent us to a 2 bedroom room with a horrible uncomfortable bedrooms. We used to stay in this hotel during 2015 and 2018 and they had more pillows and comfortable beds but not anymore. The breakfast was delicious, even when is the same food they change the cooks and now is disgusting. We won't return to City Express Mexicali.

Stayed here as a last alternative.OMG the check in process was ridiculous!! There were a lot of people trying to check in & it seemed like the check in ladies were newbies, they were definitely understaffed! !We waited in line for about an hour just to be checked in.Other than that parking, room & breakfast were decent.

That was a nice try from hotel management to cover for there employed but this morning I went to the lobby to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels and i was told they did not know where to find them that they would notify someone. I don't need them to notify someone i need fresh towels and toilet paper these are pretty important in a hotel. Wish I had not paid for two days i would take my kids and go somewhere else but it is non refundable. Definitely worst place I have stayed in Mexicali good luck if you stay here.
