“1. The room had no AC or heat. 2. It was so stuffy because the window doesn't open. No form of air circulation 3. The carpet had stains 4. The blanket look like it had mold on it. Yuck 🤮 🤮 5. Only one elevator 6. The shower head also had mold. Y'all need to do better. I will never stay there again.”

“Adoro o ambiente e a localização tranquila do hotel. A equipe foi bem informada e educada, dando boas recomendações de locais para passeios turísticos, além de bons restaurantes.A única decepção foi que a limpeza não limpava o quarto pelo menos a cada dois dias, e quando eu pedi que esvaziassem o lixo, descobri que eles só falavam espanhol. O que foi muito preocupante, porque se eu não tivesse traduzido o goggle, o que mais poderia ter dado um resultado diferente ... Mais de uma semana de estadia e eu tenho que pedir para você levar o lixo para fora do quarto? Loucura!!”
