“I have been staying at this hotel since they open a year and a half ago. The hotel is good, but their restaurant 47North is the best in the area. As a diamond member, I am rarely impressed with Hiltons’ bar and/or restaurants; however, their bartender Shane has to be the best in Bellevue. I am always shocked that he remembers his recurring customers’ drinks. This guy is so attentive and exemplifies what customer service should be in a restaurant! I prefer to eat here than go out to other places in the area, and that is because of the food, service, bar, and atmosphere. I promise if you just sit at the bar, you will be entertained, engaged, and make new friends because of the atmosphere Shane creates. Just come down and try the bar when Shane is on duty... I promise you will not regret it!”
