“Building itself is clean, appears well maintained.We arrived later on arrival night, Made multiple calls before midnight to the front desk and attempt to get additional towels and pillows and was not able to reach anyone. It ended up being resolved later in our stay the next night. Icemakers are not functional.
The entire experience was clouded by a break in to my car on the first overnight. Police were notified in the appropriate reports were filed. Staff was helpful in initiating the proper reports, etc.… Just be aware that there are not cameras that cover the entirety of the parking lot.”

“Always friendly and helpful front desk. Lobby and rooms were clean. Disappointed on lack of enforcement about mask wearing for guests. Most guests were not masked (hello-there is Covid out there!) Those unmasked appeared to have no problem wanting to share elevator despite signage or head to pool in groups ALL unmasked. Definite lack of decent hot water for showering-toggled between ice cold and extreme scald every 20 seconds. We are NOT new to staying at this Hilton location-
but now feel the need to venture and try other
hotels in area due to this recent experience.”
