“I had a good experience staying in this hotel. Everything was pretty clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly. Even though they need to improve some things like leave water in the room because not everyone is carrying water with them. Also, put the phone on service because it was not working when I needed it.”

“staff here are SUPER nice, that is why I gave a 2. They lost a star because my wife and I came to San Francisco to get a break for our anniversary (away from our kids)... yet, we were woken up at 7 and 830am from the room upstairs throwing a ball thier dog, the dog barking, and someone jumping playing with the dog. I complained, and 10 minutes later the people upstairs finally left for the day. My wife and I checked to see if that person or family was checked in until Saturday (they were). So, we switched rooms a few doors down. From 9:20pm to 11:40pm these new people above us wouldn't stop stomping. Not sure if they have kids or a dog too because I just don't understand how much thumping and stomping anyone can do in these rooms because they aren't suites. Lost the 2nd star from this. The last star is what has me up I'm my hotel bed writing this review at 8:35am. My wife and I was awaken by the stomping at 8am (happening again as I type right now). We knocked on the wall toward the room above us. It stopped for 5 minutes and started again. We did NOT get 1 good night rest nor did we get the relaxation we came here for. This was really needed and it sucks that this was our experience the entire 2 days. Either these walls are extremely then or there are inconsiderate people here with families that allows their dogs and kids to do whatever they want at any time.... uh oh, now some guy is yelling. I will NEVER come here again. Sad because the view of the water is beautiful and the staff are very nice and genuine. But if I want good rest and relaxation, this isn't the place.”
