Terrible management. Tammy Hillyard & assistant manager Brittany are unprofessional, racist, and need fired. I took my children on a get away & FALSELY received a charge for smoking 3 hours after check out. The manager was not present til the next day , did not bother calling me back even tho she received my message, and hung up on me every time I tried to call. Fire this staff immediately! 0 stars. Bad service. Uncomfortable beds. Nasty breakfast.

Large comfortable room. Hilton has the best implementation of phone as key that I've seen so far. Didn't like the noise from the fridge, but it was full size with kitchenette. The TV was fast and had a lot of channels instead of being a locked down mess. I booked this place for the EV charger but didn't get a chance to use it.

I will start by saying I rarely write a bad review for a business. I own a successful business here in the TC and I will be letting my customers know what hotel not to use. The room I was checked into was FILTHY!! A pipe in my house broke and I am needing temporary housing for over a month. I am the best customer they could ask for. Long term easy going customers are easy money. Huge mess up on their part. Headboard above the bed had to hand marks from someone having a good time night before. Fridge had stains all over it. Desk where the computer chair is had hair all over it from where a girl was brushing. Sugar and coffee marks over by the sink. Honestly if you took a wet paper towel most of these would have been cleaned. But now I know this place isn’t sanitary at all. I have pictures of all of this but I can’t figure out how to post those to this review. Lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Give her a raise. Fire you’re housekeeping staff that worked last night. Being homeless the next couple months from my house remodel I only wanted to come to a place to shower and rest. You guys made that hard.

Very clean facility and instantly welcoming once you arrive. We had a little hiccup with all the EV charging stations being occupied by non EVs. Brittany was and the desk agent were so professional in helping us get a resolution during and after the situation. highly recommend staying here for the cleanliness and customer service.

This hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and respectful right at check in. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and everything stocked. Someone even went as far as to turn on the A/C in our room before we checked in allowing us to check in to a comfortable relaxing room. We were pleasantly surprised to see several dishes and a dishwasher available in our room making it feel more like home. We also noticed they had a grill outside if we felt like cooking. (We didn’t use it but definitely a nice touch) We did stop at the pool and put our feet in the water for a good 20 minutes. I felt like the water was a little cooler than I expected but not cold. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing, they offered something for everyone so many options hot and cold definitely a great way to start your day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. I give this place an A+
