“Recientemente publiqué una reseña con 3 estrellas, pero estoy cambiando eso. Tuvimos 1 toalla, el fregadero está tapado. El dispensador de servilletas del baño está vacío y tiene moho. Había pelos por todo el baño. ¡Y no pelo en la cabeza! Los conductos de ventilación del aire acondicionado estaban obstruidos y la cama tenía sangre. Esta es la primera vez que he experimentado esto aquí. Me he alojado aquí muchas veces... pero esto es muy decepcionante.”
