“I frequently stay at Hyatt throughout the country. This location was okay at best. When I arrived I was ignored, never spoken to while waiting to check in. The agent was right at the front and never even looked up. Then the room we were in had no ac. We were told we would be in another room on our floor by one young lady, then when moving told it would be on a totally different floor by someone else. The second room we were moved to didn't have a microwave. They weren't able to sale certain items because they were not in their system to sale yet. We were extremely disappointed. Thankfully the bed was still comfortable.”

“Wow. Just wow. Went from Globalist to blue...was this because I complained? Don't let them give you room 123. The air unit is so loud. Go stand by your a/c outside, then imagine that IN your room. Made it imposaible to sleep well. Won't go back. This location does not meet Hyatt standards. Minus stara if I could. EDIT: Yeah, so concerned it took them 11 months to respond.”
