perdi um vôo de conexão e fui acomodado em um quarto aqui para passar a noite. quartos muito agradáveis, limpos e muito atenciosos com as restrições obscenas (ou seja, sacos de plástico para copos e gelo). o café da manhã estava estourando. obrigado galera

I extended my room and I came back they had removed all of my things out of my room. Said the room had been cleared out. The manager said he didn’t know what happened and it took hours for them to find my stuff. The cleaners had bagged up everything I owned and stored it somewhere without letting anyone know. They did not contact me. The manager asked me if he could put me in a room while I waited for him to find all of my stuff and then he charged me for the room. After all of that. I had just worked 20 hours straight and been awake for 48 hours. Then on top of that I check my card statement, they overcharged me for my stay. This place has the worst customer service and staff I have ever experienced in a hotel.

missed a connecting flight and got comped a room here for the night. very nice rooms, clean and very thoughtful with the covid restrictions (i.e. plastic bags for cups and ice). breakfast was poppin. thanks gang

Minha família já ficou lá antes. Estava tudo bem. O serviço não era o melhor. Viemos há algumas semanas e deixe-me dizer que foi HORRÍVEL. Meu pai foi fazer o check-in, e o homem na área da frente foi muito rude. Ele nem se preocupou em procurar a nossa reserva. Ele simplesmente disse: "Não estou vendo". sem dar uma segunda olhada. Ele nem PROCURARA nossa reserva. Depois que ele não conseguiu encontrar, ele simplesmente voltou a fazer o que estava fazendo. Quando outro membro da minha família entrou para ver o que estava acontecendo, o homem a chamou de rude. Vamos! Grosseiro? Por pedir para fazer o check-in? Então, quando ele finalmente cedeu e encontrou nossa reserva, ele apenas disse: "Não temos quartos disponíveis depois das 3:00". Tipo, com licença? Por que não estava NO WEBSITE? Isso é ridículo. Dizendo que nossa reserva está tudo acertada, depois dizendo que não há quartos disponíveis? Eu sei que vocês estão ocupados, mas vamos lá. Não vou dizer que um trabalho no hotel é fácil, mas se você não pode dar aos seus clientes o que oferece, não desanime.

La habitación en la cual nos quedamos, despuésde cancelación de vuelo por desperfectos de avion en laaerolínea, fue una larga noche en la cual solo queria entrar a descansar y puedo decir que todo estaba bien hasta que nos dimos cuenta que e aire de la habitación 220 estaba dañado. Ya era la 1AM de la madrugada y teniamos que levantarnos a las 7AM, Nos habíamos bañado y pensabamos que la habitación estaba caliente pero era porque el aire estaba en 70 cuando llegamos pero no, el aire nunca enfrio nada y ya no podiamos lidiar con elcambio de habitación. Al salir en la mañana a hacer check-Out le expliqué al Supervisor de Front desk a lo que èl completamente ignoro y simplemente tomo mi llave y me deseo buen vuelo. Le dije que si me estaba escuchando que habia pasado la peor noche de mi vida y me ignoro. No pienso volver ni recomiendo a nadie. Yo entiendo que el aire estaba dañado pero el supervisor no mostro empatia, preocupación, no pregunto nada y ni me miro a la cara. Pésimo.

My family stayed there before. It was okay. The service wasn't the best. We came a few weeks ago, and let me tell you it was HORRIBLE. My father went in to check in, and the man at the front area was very rude. He didn't even bother looking for our reservation. He just straight up said, "I don't see it." without giving it a second look. He didn't even SEARCH for our reservation. After he couldn't find it, he just went back to doing whatever he was doing. When another one of my family members went in to see what was going on, the man called her rude. Come on! Rude? For asking to check in? Then when he finally gave in and found our reservation, he just said "We don't have rooms available after 3:00". Like, excuse me? Why wasn't that ON THE WEBSITE? That's ridiculous. Telling us that our reservation is all set, then saying that there aren't any rooms available? I know y'all are busy but come on. I'm not going to say a job at the hotel is easy, but if you can't give your customers what you offer, then don't over it.

Quartos limpos e grandes, todos em boas condições de funcionamento, dormi bem na cama grande. O café da manhã era muito limitado, possivelmente causado por Corona, mas talvez isso seja apenas uma desculpa para economizar dinheiro ... Isso poderia ser melhor. Mas se você não depende de café da manhã este hotel é uma recomendação.

Clean and big rooms, all in good working condition, I slept well in the large bed. The breakfast was very limited, possibly caused by Corona, but maybe this is only an excuse to safe money... This could be better. But if you do not depend on breakfast this hotel is a recommendation.

O quarto era muito espaçoso. O ralo do chuveiro estava bagunçado e a maçaneta não puxou totalmente. Espero que o estacionamento seja gratuito ... parecia gratuito. Você recebe um passe de papel para colocar no painel. O hotel fica a 8-10 minutos do aeroporto e dos subúrbios / boonies / super safe. Cerca de 30 da DC, 40min. da Union Station

Room was very spacious. Shower drain was messed up and the knob didn't pull up all the way. Hope the parking was free... it seemed free. You get a paper-pass to put on the dashboard. Hotel is 8-10 minutes from the airport, and suburbs/boonies/super safe. About 30 from DC, 40min. from Union Station

Foi uma boa viagem de Nova York para Washington DC durante o fim de semana de 4 de julho de 2021. Este hotel Hyatt Place era muito razoável e não muito longe da cidade de D.C. Meu principal problema é que você precisa pagar pelo café da manhã. Em todos os outros Hyatt Place que já estive, todos eles ofereceram café da manhã de cortesia aos hóspedes, ainda mais se eles fossem membros do World of Hyatt. Até que o hotel comece a oferecer café da manhã de cortesia, como os outros Hyatt Place fazem principalmente nos Estados Unidos, eu não daria ao hotel 5 estrelas. Também não havia tarefas domésticas, que também é uma das razões pelas quais não posso dar 5

It was a nice trip to Washington DC from New York during July 4th weekend 2021. This Hyatt place hotel was very reasonable and not too far from D.C. city. My main problem was that you need to pay for breakfast. In all the other Hyatt Place’s I’ve been to, they all offered guests complimentary breakfast, even more so if they were World of Hyatt members. Until the hotel starts to offer complimentary breakfast like the other Hyatt Place’s do mostly all over the United States, I wouldn’t give the hotel 5 stars. There was also no Housekeeping, which is also one of the reasons I can’t give it 5

Fui ubicado en el hotel Hyatt place y ah tenido una experiencia maravillosa. Los cuartos están limpios, amplios y aparecen como cuartos/apartamentos. Los huéspedes fueron muy amigables y el desayuno complementario fue rápido y rico. Estacionamiento está un poco difícil si tienes muchas maletas pero nada exagerado. Voy a usar los servicios de Hyatt en el futuro. Saludos.
