“The hotel was nice, all of the staff were very friendly, kind, and patient. It would be much better if the breakfast was complimentary, especially for the price you're already paying for the hotel. I ended up spending $47 for our breakfast for just cereal, fruit, French toast and frappes the first morning. . .of course it was $23 at McDonald's every morning after that lol!!! But the pool is wonderful!!! I love the little bench behind the waterfall!!! Castaways is nicely priced and the food is good to enjoy by the pool also. The pool hours are good from 9am to 11pm. Overall, out of just 3 hotels I've visited in Galveston, I've enjoyed this one the best so far!!! I forgot to take pictures of the room, but they do have a fridge and microwave which is good too and the rooms are clean and up to date.”

“Everything from check in to check out was great! We stayed from 8/5-8/7 on a quick impromptu little family vacation. Althea at check in was fantastic! I didn’t get the name of one of the gentleman but he gave our toddler a little goody bag. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend! We didn’t use the pool but from what I could tell it would be great! And they also have a Starbucks in the lobby, so that was a plus! :). Overall this was one of the best places we’ve stayed!”
