“A conclusão é que no fim de semana de 18/06/22 reservei dois quartos conjugados para um casamento e um deles, Rm 128, tinha percevejos na espreguiçadeira. Foi apenas na espreguiçadeira e não nas camas de qualquer quarto. Peguei um dos insetos e mostrei para a recepção. Meu maior incômodo com a equipe foi que uma ampla senhora com longos cabelos presos e chinelos felpudos disse que não era um percevejo. Eu disse a ela para olhar mais de perto e sua resposta foi "Não, eu não quero chegar perto disso" Totalmente não profissional! Eles se ofereceram para mudar meu quarto ou me reembolsar por um quarto se eu quisesse ficar. Tentei encontrar outro lugar para ir, mas não havia outros quartos disponíveis na área. O resto dos funcionários teve uma atitude melhor e me colocou em contato com a gerência. Em última análise, fui reembolsado do custo de ambos os quartos para minha estadia completa. Com base na minha experiência com viagens, isso pode ser o melhor que posso fazer, mas não gostei que minhas pernas ficassem inflamadas e coçando nos próximos dias. Eu insisti que eles tratassem o quarto, mas quando saímos, a arrumação estava preparando o quarto. Espero que outros não coloquem suas malas naquela cadeira e levem insetos indesejados para casa.”

“It was perhaps the worst Courtyard Marriot hotel that I have never stayed, what a disgrace to Marriot brand name. The floor was dirty, no room house-keeping service for 4 days during my entire stay, no complimentary breakfast and even a welcome coffee, expensive in-hotel restaurant, and unworked e-door key. The only good thing was perhaps just the sufficient amount of water out from the shower head. I have stayed in other brand hotels nearby and they are all much better than this one. I left my feedback to the survey as per requested by Marriot. I did not get any compensation for the poor or non-service but only the wordings from the front manager that she would speak with the house keeping and front office staff - the customer's satisfaction is not guaranteed.”
