“First things first- the receptionist named Maria is extremely rude in her tone and approach - our advise to the management would be to make sure all the staff like all other Marriott properties we have stayed at around the world should be polite and understanding with different situations and circumstances. I was feeling slightly unwell and we had to push our PAID late check out from 7 pm to 8 pm and she handled the situation extremely poorly. We eventually decided to check out despite how I was feeling and spend the last hour at the restaurant as we couldn’t be bothered with her attitude. Apart from this, the hotel was located in an extremely convenient and beautiful location to everything and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooms meaning that the photos online did not do it justice. The rooms were very airy and spacious. In terms of the staff, everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful from housekeeping to down at the restaurant. :)”

“The best place when visiting Belgrade center. The hotel is in the heart of the city within very short walking distance from all the city landmarks, pedestrian street, and shopping. The staff members are very nice and the rooms look much nicer and better than expected. It is literally next door to the national theatre and cross the street from the national museum.”
