“I am surprised to see so high ratings for this hotel. It is 4-start hotel and nothing works! Absolutely zero.
- The food (when ordering room service) is really poor. I ordered twice (don't ask me why) and both times it was really bad. I couldn't finish it.
- They didn't really cleaned my room except for making the bed. Leaving old food behind and forgetting to replace the bottled water etc.
- The door to the balcony didn't close properly so the traffic noise was was kinda loud in the room.
- No plug to the bathtub.
The hotel personnel was very nice, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for the extremely poor experience.”

“Good hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony is big enough with great view and it's perfect for smokers. No water every day but staff is really polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Fair price for quality.”
